Tan Peng Chay aka PC Tan, a graduate of the University of Malaya, was formerly Assistant Director of Department of Inland Revenue in charge of the district tax office of Kluang, Johor. Formerly, a tax manager of an international accounting firm and a fellow of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysian, PC Tan is the founder and executive director of PC Tan Taxation Services Sdn Bhd. He is a licensed tax agent under the Income Tax Act, 1967.

PC Tan’s experience in real property gains tax and income tax ranging from assessment of employment and business income of individual, partnership to that of limited companies, back duty investigation and field audit cases involving tax evasion and fraud ensure clients of a complete taxation services.

本公司創辦人暨現任執行董事陳炳星(PC Tan)，畢業于馬來亞大 學，曾任所得稅局助理局長，負責管理柔佛州居鑾地方稅務局。他曾在一間國際會計公司任稅務經理，也是馬來西亞稅務學會會員。
